With a professional journey spanning 18+ years in real estate and 10+ years in banking & finance, Kapil Dhawan brings a unique combination of financial expertise and real estate knowledge to every client relationship.

He began his career in the banking and NBFC sector with reputed institutions including HDFC Bank, Axis Bank and ABN AMRO Bank, gaining extensive experience in retail assets, secured and unsecured lending, insurance, customer relationships and financial assessment.

Following the 2008–09 global recession, he transitioned into the real estate industry. Since then, he has built his career around property evaluation, investment advisory, financial understanding and client-focused real estate solutions.

His banking background gives him a broader perspective when evaluating properties and investments, allowing him to consider financial structures, risk factors, legal compliance, due diligence and individual client requirements.
